6006-08 Assistant Residential Group Home Manager

Venture Community Services provides support to individuals facing diverse challenges through a compassionate and dedicated workforce. The Assistant Residential Group Home Manager reports to the Residential House Manager and is responsible for the general daily care of program individuals/service recipients and primary program service delivery. The position offers a sign on bonus, paid training, and a competitive hourly rate.

Requirements

• Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program
• Must be 21+ years old, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required) and be available by telephone for daily contact
