405-04 Direct Support Professional

Venture Community Services provides support to individuals with disabilities. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) advocates and supports adults 22 and over with intellectual and developmental disabilities, empowering them to be active in their lives. Paid training and sign on bonus offered.

Requirements

• Commitment to assisting people with varying disabilities to participate fully in their community and in their own lives.
• Varied interests and personal connections in the local community.
• Proven record of conscientious, responsible behavior (work, volunteer or school history).
• Ability to work as a creative, engaged, dedicated member of the team.
• 21+ with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Fluent English language skills (reading, writing, speaking)
