The Direct Support Professional is responsible for advocating and supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, empowering them to be active in their lives. This includes providing household maintenance, meal prep, and personal care, as well as supporting individuals to attend medical appointments, outings, and become active members of their community.

• Proven record of conscientious, responsible behavior (work, volunteer or school history).
