Venture Community Services offers support to individuals with disabilities through a compassionate and dedicated workforce. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) will advocate and support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, empowering them to be active in their lives.

Requirements

• Commitment to assisting people with varying disabilities
• Varied interests and personal connections in the local community
• Proven record of conscientious, responsible behavior
• Ability to work as a creative, engaged, dedicated member of the team
• 21+ with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills
