Job Description
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, empowering them to participate fully in their community and lives. The DSP provides daily living assistance, advocates for the individual's needs, and adheres to Agency policies and DDS regulations. DSP workers are provided paid training and must maintain certifications.
