407-04 Assistant Residential Group Home Manager

Venture Community Services is seeking an Assistant Residential Group Home Manager to provide support to individuals with disabilities. The role involves developing and implementing individual service plans, serving as a programmatic supervisor, and ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.

Requirements

• Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program.
• Must be 21+ years old, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required) and be available by telephone for daily contact.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work a flexible schedule, and ability to maintain effective time management skills.
