Job Description
The Residential Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising and supporting residents' daily activities in an adult residential setting, fostering their physical, emotional, social, and vocational development. This full-time role offers an opportunity for growth, leadership, and meaningful work in supporting individuals with disabilities.
Requirements
- Implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs), behavior plans, and assessments to align with individual needs and program goals.
- Create, lead and supervise Direct Support Professionals during shifts, ensuring consistent communication and adherence to daily scheduled plans.
- Foster community involvement, employment opportunities, and recreational activities that support resident engagement and personal development.
