Venture Community Services is seeking a Residential Shift Supervisor to oversee and support residents in an adult residential setting. The role involves supervising and supporting daily activities, fostering independence, and promoting personal growth. Requirements

• B.A./B.S. in education, psychology, rehabilitation, or related field preferred or one year of experience in human services
• Must maintain active MAP certification
• Must be 21+, with a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and daily use of a car (preferred)
