Job Description
The Assistant Residential House Manager reports to the Residential House Manager and is responsible for the general daily care of program individuals and primary program service delivery. Essential skills include empathy, compassion, teamwork, and a desire for a challenging growth opportunity. This position will assume the responsibility of the Residential House Manager in their absence and will be compensated on an hourly basis.
Requirements
- Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program
- Must be 21+ years old, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required), and be available by telephone for daily contact
