Customer Service Representative

The Inbound Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving and handling incoming calls from clients, assisting with their questions or needs, and providing a courteous and professional service. Industry experience is not required. An in-house training program is provided.

Requirements

• Answer inbound calls from enrolled customers and identify customer needs
• Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual goals and KPIs
• Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns
• Answer billing questions and provide account components
• Time Management Skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Above average working knowledge of telephonic and CRM systems
• Proficient in English/Spanish (bilingual preferred)
• High school degree
• No experience necessary
