Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, handle incoming calls, and assist with billing questions. No experience necessary, as we provide an in-house training program.

Requirements

• Answer inbound calls from enrolled customers and offer the most appropriate resource or resolution to address their needs.
• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual goals and other Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’)
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using company specific procedures
• Time Management Skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and great attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Computer savvy
• Proficient in English/Spanish – Bilingual – preferred not necessary
