
Job description
As an Associate Support Consultant at Veradigm, you will interact with clients, stakeholders, and support staff to diagnose and resolve application questions or problems. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with a global team to provide excellent support and troubleshooting skills.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving client application questions or problems, applying basic knowledge of solution features and functionality, and ensuring case documentation is accurate and complete.
This role requires excellent written, communication, and time-management skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team setting and collaborate across global time zones.
