
Job description
Support validation and processing of encounter data, perform data quality checks, and assist with system configuration and integrations. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Monitor submission status, error trends, and data quality metrics. Act as a point of contact for clients on data issues and requirements.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, good communication and client-facing skills, detail-oriented and organized, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
