
Job description
Work as a Technical Support Consultant in Pune, interacting with internal stakeholders and support staff, and monitoring automations using Automation Anywhere and UiPath. Assist with bot scheduling, new client onboarding, and support ticket management.
Monitor automations, respond to errors, restart bots, update configuration files, and assist with bot scheduling and new client onboarding. Raise support tickets in Jira and ServiceNow, and proactively review emails to address issues.
Good communication and problem-solving skills, basic understanding of Windows Servers, and experience with application/product support are required. Familiarity with the US healthcare industry and experience with automation platforms are preferred.
