
Job description
Support Consultant will interact with customers via Live Calls, Email, Chat to help troubleshoot and resolve complex product problems or issues. The role requires 1-3 years of experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Diagnose and resolve complex customer questions or problems over the telephone/Internet, track and document inbound support requests, and communicate with product management department to improve on current design or to identify possible problems with design.
The ideal candidate will have good analytical and problem-solving skills, strong team player skills, and excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
