Vercel is hiring a Director, Commercial Sales, EMEA to lead and scale our Commercial sales team across EMEA (excl. DACH) with a focus on mid-market and growth segment. The role involves hiring and developing a team of Commercial AEs, driving pipeline efficiency, and ensuring Vercel is well-positioned to win in a competitive market.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS or technical software environment
- Proven ability to hire, ramp, and develop commercial AEs in a competitive market
- Deep understanding of commercial sales motions
- Experience selling into engineering, product, or technical leadership at scaling or growth-stage companies
- Data-driven approach to running a team
- Hands-on leader who is comfortable being in deals, on calls, and in the weeds when your team needs it
