Job Description
Vercel is seeking a Senior Customer Support Engineer to resolve customer concerns, create and improve internal tooling, and engineer solutions that help Vercel customers get the most out of the platform.
Requirements
- Deeply technical engineer with relevant support experience
- Excellent communicator who earns customer trust
- Understands complex systems quickly
- Experienced in troubleshooting, technical writing, and problem-solving
- Subject matter expertise in one or more areas such as CDN, domains, DNS, SSL/TLS, caching, cloud networking, performance tuning, logs/analytics, SSO/SAML, observability, logging, RBAC
- Comfortable working with a fully remote, globally distributed team
- Will participate in a weekend/holiday on-call rotation
