Requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives and employees, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
- Problem-solve and implement strategic programs to help your department scale and meet its business goals -- such as leadership enablement and coaching, analyzing compensation levels, building career paths, professional development, retention strategy, and performance management.
- Analyze data across various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coach managers to enhance their leadership capabilities, fostering high-performing and engaged teams.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, investigations, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally sound resolutions.
- Drive cross-company programs to benefit our entire employee base.
