Requirements
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience
- Consistent sales success with President's Club or similar recognition
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction environments and accurately forecast results
- Excellent presentation, listening, and communication skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders
- Proven success hiring, training, and developing sales talent
