Sales Enablement, Onboarding Manager

Verkada is building a world-class Sales organization and needs a Sales Onboarding Training Manager to drive the end-to-end ownership and execution of its onboarding program. The role requires designing and managing structured sales onboarding programs, curriculum development, facilitation & training, sales process & tools training, and performance measurement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or a related role
• Strong understanding of adult learning
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Ability to analyze data and assess training program effectiveness
• Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies (e.g., Command of the Message, Challenger, MEDDPIC)
