Requirements

• Support development, analysis, and improvement of value stream maps to identify waste and enhance operational flow
• Assist with plant, line, and workstation layout design
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
• Contribute to cost-reduction and productivity-improvement initiatives
• Create, update, and maintain standard work documentation
• Support Engineering Change Notice (ECN) updates
• Assist with time studies, cycle-time observations, and exposure to basic takt-time and capacity concepts
