The Client Partner is a senior commercial leader responsible for the strategic and financial success of our UK Justice Sub-Sector, owning the full customer relationship, contract portfolio, and revenue performance.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior client-facing or account leadership role within a technology services or solutions environment
- Proven ability to deliver commercial success through revenue retention, account growth, and strategic expansion
- Demonstrable experience leading pursuits and managing end-to-end customer lifecycle across delivery, commercial, and technology functions
- Experience in the UK Justice market with a strong understanding of procurement frameworks, contracting models, and digital transformation trends
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and internal teams
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance customer success with profitability
- Track record of working with technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS, and Oracle to drive joint value propositions
