Technical Support Engineer - EMEA - Cluj Napoca, Romania

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our EMEA Support team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will learn to support and troubleshoot Vertiv's advanced software and hardware systems. You will collaborate with experienced engineers, gain hands-on experience with live systems, and help ensure our customers' critical operations never stop running.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Electrical, Electronic, Telecom, Mechanical, or related fields
• Technical diploma or polytechnical background desirable
• Little or no professional experience required
• Strong communication skills in English
• Analytical, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a proactive, customer-focused mindset
