Job Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our new Expansion team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the retention, satisfaction, and expansion of a portfolio of 300 to 350 clients. You will occupy a central and visible role at the business, product, and customer relationship level, acting as a business consultant, Vertuoza expert, and customer engagement driver.
Requirements
- Pilot a portfolio of 300 to 350 clients via Planhat
- Prioritize time and actions with autonomy, responsibility, and according to data
- Anticipate risks and opportunities to create value before it is requested
- Build a trusting, proactive, durable, and highly valuable relationship with clients
- Realize 12+ client visits per week, with structure, added value, and action key
- Master Vertuoza software in its entirety and become a product expert
