Job Description
Altra Running is looking for an exceptional Manager, GTM & Marketplace Strategy to join their team based in Stabio, Switzerland. The role involves driving seasonal execution through an integrated GoâToâMarket process and defining a clear and disciplined Marketplace Strategy across EMEA.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Economics or a related field.
- Strong experience in GTM, Marketplace management, Eâcommerce or Commercial Strategy.
- Solid financial acumen with the ability to work with KPIs, reporting tools and performance analysis.
- Highly analytical, strategic and structured mindset.
- Proven stakeholder management and crossâfunctional leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
- Strong passion for sports and the sporting goods industry.
- Resultsâdriven, proactive and ownershipâoriented approach.
