Napapijri is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the commercial restart of the German wholesale market, defining distribution and growth strategy, and developing strategic local key accounts.
Requirements
- Strong existing wholesale network in Germany, ideally in lifestyle, outdoor, or premium fashion
- Proven experience in market build-up or business relaunch environments
- Highly entrepreneurial and execution-driven, comfortable operating end-to-end
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to combine strategic vision with operational excellence
- Fluent in German and English
