Job Description
VIA is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to define and own quality standards, leveraging AI-driven automation to replace manual processes and ensure products meet rigorous security requirements.
Requirements
- Define the quality gates and testing methodologies used across the entire engineering organization
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate developer-level testing and ensure testing is caught early in the development cycle
- Own testing infrastructure through the selection, implementation, and maintenance of testing tools and systems
- Strategically identify and implement AI tools and agents to eliminate manual bottlenecks and automate repetitive testing tasks
- Drive QA excellence by partnering with technical leadership and Client Delivery Leads to ensure testing is properly prioritized and accounted for during project planning and resource allocation
