Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

VIA is looking for a strategic Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to define and own quality standards, build systems for testing, and leverage AI-driven automation to replace manual processes. This role will partner with engineering teams to integrate developer-level testing and ensure testing is caught early in the development cycle.

Requirements

• Proven software quality assurance experience in a high-growth technical landscape
• The ability to 'talk the talk' with senior engineers to build technical authority and maintain credible feedback loops
• A proactive approach to using AI agents and automation to optimize the QA lifecycle and increase productivity
• Familiarity with high-security standards (CJIS, CMMC, or SOC 2) to ensure testing aligns with VIA's compliance goals
• The ability to be a 'jack of all trades' who can balance rigorous standards with the agility of a 100-person company
