Job Description
VIA is looking for a strategic Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to define and own our quality standards. You will build systems for engineers to integrate testing into their day-to-day workflow, leveraging AI-driven automation to replace manual processes and ensure our products meet rigorous security requirements.
Requirements
- Proven software quality assurance experience in a high-growth technical landscape
- Ability to "talk the talk" with senior engineers to build technical authority and maintain credible feedback loops
- Proactive approach to using AI agents and automation to optimize the QA lifecycle and increase productivity
- Familiarity with high-security standards (CJIS, CMMC, or SOC 2) to ensure testing aligns with VIA’s compliance goals
- Ability to balance rigorous standards with the agility of a 100-person company
