Job Description
ViaBill is seeking a Country Manager for Spain to own the market, drive growth, and lead a team. The role involves P&L responsibility, team leadership, and strategic partnerships, with a focus on organic growth through sales and operations. It's a key opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing fintech in Spain.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior commercial or leadership role (country manager, head of sales, general manager) within fintech, payments, e-commerce, or SaaS.
- Experience in scaling and optimizing teams, ideally with sales and operations under your responsibility.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with top-tier merchants and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent in Spanish (native-level) and English.
