Job Description
Responsible for leading the OPK Machining Team 1, achieving utilization goals, and maintaining a positive workforce. Provides direction, training, and motivation to the team, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years manufacturing or production experience
- Prior experience directing and supervising other associates is preferred
- Excellent leadership, computer, communication and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities with many time constraints
