Production Operator

Role Overview

The Production Operator supports manufacturing operations by operating process equipment, producing and packaging products, and maintaining safe and efficient workflows. This role ensures production activities meet operational, quality, and safety standards.

What You Will Do

Operate and monitor assigned production equipment, adjust operating conditions, obtain and record processing data, perform product handling and packaging, and identify and report safety hazards.

The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ability to read and follow written procedures, and physical stamina to perform demanding work.

Requirements

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written batch sheets, procedures, and work instructions.
• 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including a full-face respirator.
• Capability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Basic mechanical aptitude to assist with equipment cleaning and teardown.
