Production Operator I

Role Overview

The Production Operator I supports safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations by operating and maintaining production processes within established standards. This role contributes to operational reliability through equipment monitoring, data collection, and adherence to approved procedures. The position supports continuous improvement by identifying issues, assisting with process changes, and promoting a strong safety culture.

What You Will Do

Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned production equipment in accordance with approved procedures and safety requirements. Adjust operating conditions within established limits to meet performance, quality, and throughput standards. Collect, document, and verify process data, samples, and observations as required by operating instructions.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial operations environment
• Ability to safely perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50–75 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods
• Ability to follow written procedures, batch sheets, and safety requirements with consistency and accuracy
