Role Overview

The Production Operator I supports manufacturing operations by operating industrial equipment and executing production processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.

What You Will Do

Operate and monitor production equipment, follow production instructions, monitor process conditions, maintain a clean work environment, and adhere to safety and operational requirements.

Ability to read, write, and follow instructions, 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, ability to perform physically demanding work, and ability to work safely in industrial conditions.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions, procedures, and production documentation.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and continuous movement during shifts.
• Ability to work safely in industrial conditions, including exposure to dust, fumes, and variable temperatures.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
