Awake Overnight Low Threshold Housing Resident Assistant

The Awake Overnight Low Threshold Housing Resident Assistant is responsible for maintaining the residence, creating a supportive environment for residents, and supporting staff and daily operations. The Resident Assistant reports to the Program Director for support and supervision.

Requirements

• Act in accordance with Victory Programs, Inc.'s Standards of Excellence & Philosophy of Care
• Maintain a safe and appropriate residential environment
• Engage in relationship building, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, and conflict de-escalation
• Ensure the well-being of all residents
• Accurately document observations and encounters
• Support daily office and administrative functions
• Communicate information to management and peer staff
• Attend supervision, staff meetings, and training
• Conduct safety, security, and wellness rounds
