Job Description
The Awake Overnight Recovery Support Specialist supports the program by ensuring that quality direct care services are provided to the clients.
Requirements
- Act in accordance with Victory Programs, Inc.’s Standards of Excellence & Philosophy of Care at all times.
- Provide quality, empathetic customer service to the clients in the program.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures related to maintaining a safe and appropriate residential environment are followed.
- Input client/program data in Electronic Health Records.
- Facilitate and/or co-facilitate client groups and complete required group facilitation documentation.
