Awake Overnight Recovery Support Specialist

The Awake Overnight Recovery Support Specialist supports the program by ensuring that quality direct care services are provided to the clients. The role involves reporting to the Program Director for regular supervision and assignments, and working in a residential treatment program for women with substance use disorder.

Requirements

• Act in accordance with Victory Programs, Inc.’s Standards of Excellence & Philosophy of Care at all times.
• Provide quality, empathetic customer service to the clients in the program.
• Ensure that when clients take medication, all policies and procedures are followed for assisting and monitoring the clients’ self-administration of medication.
• Provide milieu coverage, including maintaining and assessing the integrity of the program’s therapeutic milieu.
• Ensure all policies and procedures related to maintaining a safe and appropriate residential environment are followed.
• Input client/program data in Electronic Health Records.
• Facilitate and/or co-facilitate client groups and complete required group facilitation documentation.
• Provide referrals as needed.
• Participate and support the agency in program events, State House rallies, fundraising and advocacy events, rallies, walks and any additional functions.
