Program Director

The Program Director is responsible for the delivery of services, development, and maintenance of all operations of the Portis Family Home. This involves supervision of direct care staff, ensuring a therapeutic and trauma-informed milieu, and managing staff schedules.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Education, Rehabilitation Counseling or a related field
• 3+ years of management or clinical training and a minimum of five years experience working with the target population
• Demonstrated competence in service coordination and networking with other human service and health care providers
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge and experience in administration of a team effort, familiarity with referral sources and the ability to supervise and manage both professional and paraprofessional staff
