Staff Accountant

Victory Programs is a Boston-based nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families who are homeless and may have substance use disorders, often accompanied by chronic health issues like HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, and mental illness. The Staff Accountant will work with existing finance staff to support a busy, fast-paced environment where accuracy, teamwork, and timeliness are prioritized.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in relevant position
• Knowledge of general ledger or accounting software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel & Word, Google Workspace, and/or other office software
