Job Description
The Director of Account Management is a strategic role responsible for transforming, leading, and scaling some of our largest customers, serving acquirers, payment processors, and strategic partners who consume VikingCloud's Cyber Risk Defense and PCI Solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, consulting, or a strategic growth role in the payments industry
- 5+ years experience in cybersecurity and PCI compliance
- Strong enterprise-level negotiation skills, especially with large acquirers, processors, and global technology clients
- Exceptional communication skills, including ability to engage and influence the executive team and C-Suite stakeholders
