Job Description
The Village Companies is seeking a skilled welder to lead by example in a hands-on leadership role. The Welder Team Lead will oversee second-shift production activities, including welding, machine operation, and general labor, while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Technical Degree with 3+ years of welding experience preferred
- Lean Manufacturing training and/or experience preferred
