The Technical Support Team Lead will lead a team of technical support specialists, own the support function end-to-end for VBC, and develop strategies to improve support at scale.
Requirements
- Lead a team of technical support specialists
- Own the support function end-to-end for VBC
- Develop and implement strategies to improve support at scale
- Troubleshoot software systems, integrations, and data issues
- Experience working with or supporting EHR-integrated products (Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, etc.)
- Fluent in leveraging or building AI-driven tools and workflows (e.g., automation, intelligent triage, knowledge systems) to improve support at scale
