Job Description
The International Sales Support - LATAM role is a critical position for supporting the international sales function and removing blockers from the operation to clear the path for optimal growth in the respective markets. The successful candidate will work closely with International Sales leadership, interdepartmental contacts, and multiple markets to service queries, identify roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues in a timely manner.

- In-depth knowledge of internal systems including Seaware and Salesforce
- Ability to think outside of industry norms
- Proven experience growing business from large accounts across a variety of models
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Robust presentation skills
- Knowledge of the cruise market and its sales strategies across a variety of segments
