We're seeking a Benefits & Payroll Manager to own the day-to-day operational administration of all company benefit programs, ensuring accurate and clean operations across HRIS, payroll, retirement systems, and carrier platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on benefits administration experience
- Strong understanding of health & welfare and retirement plan operations
- Experience reconciling payroll deductions and carrier invoices
- Ability to pull and analyze reports across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems
- Experience working directly with brokers and insurance carriers
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Professional, steady presence when supporting employees through complex issues
- Experience in a multi-state environment
- Familiarity with benefits-related payroll compliance
- HRIS and payroll system configuration experience
- CEBS, SHRM-CP/SCP, or similar certification
