Virtru is seeking a Global Public Sector Senior Customer Success Manager to lead customer and partner-facing operations in the Indo-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have experience with government, technology, and systems integrator partners, as well as a strong understanding of the Indo-Pacific region and mission experience.
Requirements
- Active US Top Secret / SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technology field
- Willingness to travel (<25%)
- Proven track record driving partner success and customer satisfaction
- Strong technical aptitude and comfortable understanding technical solutions
- Strong communication skills
- Data-driven approach to measuring customer health, satisfaction, and expansion opportunities
