Linehaul Allocator (Fleet Operations)

Our client is a highly respected national logistics provider operating major freight corridors across Australia. They are looking for a Linehaul Allocator to support real-time allocation, scheduling, and coordination of linehaul transport operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in linehaul allocation, transport scheduling, or fleet operations
• Demonstrated knowledge of Australian road transport regulations, including NHVR and fatigue management
• Experience working directly with Australian linehaul drivers
• Strong operational decision-making skills under pressure
• Excellent verbal communication skills for real-time coordination
• High attention to detail and strong accountability
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Experience with scheduling, allocation tools, and ERP/TMS platforms
• Flexible availability to support Australian business hours, including potential night shifts
