Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in application development / engineering using Java backend development with strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate and relevant technologies
- At least 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager / Tech Lead directly managing a team of Individual Contributors, planning and supporting their career development
