As a Portfolio Customer Success Manager, you will ensure the success of our clients in working with our product - SaaS platform eWizard, as well as additional Viseven services.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or Account Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or digital services.
- Developed skills in interacting with clients, with the ability to work on both strategic and operational levels.
- Ability to effectively manage projects with a focus on achieving results and coordination between multiple teams.
