Mobile Service Advisor

The Mobile Service Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer concerns, and generating new business. They handle repairs, estimates, and communication with technicians and customers. The role is supervised by a Service Manager and focuses on exceeding customer expectations and maintaining vehicle performance.

Requirements

• Answer incoming telephone calls professionally.
• Identify, confirm, and offer resolution to customer concerns.
• Write accurate repair orders.
• Obtain approval to proceed with additional service requests.
• Dispatch repair orders and communicate with technicians.
• Manage BDC team for appointment traffic.
• Prospect new business with body shops and independent repair facilities.
