Job Description
Our client is a growing company seeking a Manager Total Reward to develop and implement remuneration strategies, lead a small team, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with job grading, collective agreements, and HR systems, as well as excellent communication skills in German and English.
Requirements
- Development, care, and implementation of remuneration strategies and guidelines
- Leadership and development of a small team
- Building and further development of a job grading/job evaluation system
- Ensuring compliance with national regulatory requirements, collective agreements, and company agreements
- Ongoing market studies/benchmarking and analysis of internal data, gap analyses, trend identification
- Initiating and leading projects, e.g. harmonization, introduction, or optimization of C&B systems or tools
- Several years of professional and some leadership experience
- Experience with job grading/job evaluation systems
- Experience with collective agreements, company agreements, remuneration, and bonus models
- Experience with HR systems/tools: e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Excel/Power BI, possibly salary benchmarking tools
- Ability to integrate and convince stakeholders
- Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
